“Love Stories: Neat or on the Rocks” a musical play

Casting by Self-Records- ongoing until cast (there will be in person callbacks and chemistry reads in Saugerties but the initial audition is online.
Deadline for submitting an initial audition is APRIL 17, 2026 (see how to get an audition invitation below).

The musical is set in “HADLEYS”, a fictional bar, with a group of players, each telling a story of an important love experience to “Bartender Emmy Fitzpatrick”, who listens, comments and offers advice based upon her long experience as a “bar psychiatrist of love.” Each story is a separate scene, 14 in total. After telling his/her story, the player sings an original song written by Robert Arleo, sure to make the audience laugh, smile, cry, remember and appreciate any good luck in love.

Seeking: ALL NON-UNION (there is no Actor's Equity coverage for this performance).

 Limited Rehearsals will be in a church in Saugerties (pending talents' schedules).

Singing/ActingRoles $200 STIPEND (one flat fee that includes all rehearsals and performances).

Speaking only Roles $150 STIPEND (one flat fee that includes all rehearsals and performances).

Dancers who Sing (chorus): $150 STIPEND (one flat fee that includes all rehearsals and performances).
