We use AgencyPro Software as our host for our database.
You can sign up for a free “Not-Active” account that you can login to 24/7 to update your personal information, resume and pictures, and most importantly, to work efficiently with us. Updates are UNLIMITED.
*As always, you will continue to be considered by Hudson Valley Casting for work at no cost to you, you never have to pay anything to be considered.*
The Active (paid account) status from Agency Pro is there for you, if you choose. On occasion you will receive emails from them (Agency Pro) to see if you would like to use their services. Remember that you always have a choice and that it doesn't impact your status with Hudson Valley Casting and you never have to pay to be considered. We also have a BLOG and Casting Notice part of our website that you should visit regularly for casting notices.

This is for people who have never worked with us before!
When adding your photos be sure to secure them in the correct orientation... check to be sure they are upright.
A couple of things you will need when you sign up for the first time: 1. Each person who is in our database will need a unique email address (parents will need to create email addresses for their children). 2. Each person will need a minimum of 2 photos: one full-length and one headshot (no hats or sunglasses, NO FILTERS, tidy backgrounds, and be sure you fill the image with YOU). |
People who have been in our database before will sign in here even if it is your first time in our Agency Pro upgrade.
