Casting Vassar College Film SAG-AFTRA or Non-Union

The night devolves into madness for an alcoholic, heartbroken Pim when her grandmother and her ex-boyfriend both turn up at the bar she is drinking at. 

Director: Sarah Gittins 

Shoots in the Hudson Valley  some time between Jan 30-May 25 (schedules to be coordinated).

PIM - Female - Early 20s - A lonely, heartbroken alcoholic living in NYC. She is smart and fierce, but struggles with trusting those close to her.  Any skin color (similar to Shirley's skin color), eye color, or height.

SHIRLEY - Female - early to mid 70s - Pim's grandmother. Loving and warm, but no-nonsense. A short woman who looks frail, but has a hidden strength. Any skin color (similar to Pim's skin color) and height. 

NATE - Male - 20s - Pim's ex-boyfriend. Tall and handsome, very suave. A heart-breaker. Any skin color.

DAN - Male - late 20s - Pim's friend and bartender at the bar Pim frequents. A confident guy, but not cocky. Any skin color, hair color, height.

SELENA- Female - 20s - Nate's new girlfriend. Tall and beautiful, thin.

MAN - Male - 30s - Attempts to flirt with Pim, but is rejected harshly. Awkward in human interactions. Any skin color, hair color, height.

TRAINER - Male/Female - 30s - A trainer at the boxing gym. Friendly. Very fit and toned.

DAD- Male - 50s - Pim's father. A bit narcissistic and distracted by his new fiance. Easily frustrated. Most-likely a voice-only part, over the telephone

There is NO PAY for this project but you will receive credit and a copy of your work along with a great experience with a great crew. We work with SAG-AFTRA (student film agreement) and NON-UNION.
