Needed: Talent for Photo Shoot in Middletown, NY SEPT. 15, 2016

Shoot date: Thursday, September 15 (please do not submit if you are not fully available on this date, all day)
Full Day – 9am – 6pm
Total number of talent needed: 4
Hispanic or African-American Male to play role of parent 30-50
Hispanic or African American child (Male or Female), ages 5-15 (permit required)
Caucasian Female to play role of parent  30-50
Caucasian child (Male or Female), ages 5-15 (permit required)
Talent will receive $200 per talent per day flat, no travel,no agent fee

Project Description: The photo shoot to promote Orange Regional Medical Group Urgent Care will take place at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, a nearby park location and a nearby residence. Scenes will include doctor (ORMG Doc); male adult and female adult to play patient in some scenes and parent in others;
