 HEIDI EKLUND CASTING Casting Notice LEGOLAND ® New York Resort Park IN GOSHEN NY SEEKS FAMILIES OF ALL TYPES FOR A PHOTO SHOOT Please fill everything out completely... You will have about 20 minutes to fill out the form before it times out... We recommend having everything ready ahead of time so you can avoid time out frustrations. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for Families of all types. We are seeking all gender representations and ethnicities and abilities. INCLUSIVE CASTING and ALL are encouraged to apply. ULTIMATELY we would love to find 4 actual family units for our LEGOLAND ® New York Resort Park photoshoot. (we will accept individual submissions as well, but know we are looking for families). THIS IS FOR STILL PHOTOS so there is NO union jurisdiction over this project. OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES ALERT There will be many outdoor activities so our talent needs to be okay being in the SUN, able to walk around (or move around in wheelchair or other aid) easily. Our ideal talent should be able to provide their own wardrobe, like clothes appropriate for going outside and attending a fun park!!! CHILDREN Children should be over 6 years old for this casting (younger kids have limited hours by the state) and under 11 years old for this casting and shorter than parents... so under 58" tall. (it is required for children to present their DOB). Children will need to obtain a Child Performer Work Permit as per NY State DOL... (do not do this ahead of time unless your child has already had their first permit). DATES Date: 6/22 and 6/23; we are looking at 12 hour days (adjusted hours for kids), also the dates might shift by a day due to weather. AT THIS TIME YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE BOTH DAYS. ADULTS MUST SHOW VALID COVID-19 VACCINE PROOF TO WORK. RATES Fees for adults $300/day flat session fee (no travel pay, no accommodations, no agent fee) $1000 FULL BUYOUT in perpetuity Fees for children 6-11 $200/day flat session fee (no travel pay, no accommodations, no agent fee) $500 FULL BUYOUT in perpetuity. Children 4-6 TBD SUBMISSION SPECIFICS: List of family members and DOB of those under 18. Photos must be recent and without hats or sun glasses... we should be able to see everyone in the photos clearly. Please take NEW photos for this project. We need to see you as you are right now for the best consideration. VIDEO AUDITION We are looking forward to your personality video submission letting us know how much LEGO® bricks and LEGO® products mean to you. Make sure it is done today and specifically for this project and in a LANDSCAPE FORMAT. Your photos should also be taken today. This is a GOSHEN NY local (self-report by your own car) project.
