STORY LINE: A hypochondriac working as an airport baggage handler is forced to confront his fears when a British teenager with a terminal illness enlists him to help her carry out her eccentric bucket list.

SEEKING  SUBMISSIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING ROLES :

HANNAH – 16 years, (actor must be over 18 years) female. Skye’s former friend. Sweet but uncomfortable around Skye. 3-4 days All Ethnicities.

SOPHIE – 16, female (actor must be over 18 years). Skye's former friend, goes to school with Skye. Uncomfortable around Skye. 3-4 days All Ethnicities.

SHOP ASSISTANT – 20s+, female or male. Is suspicious of Calvin in the store. 1 day All Ethnicities.

SECURITY GUARD – 40s+, male or female. Catches Calvin running out of the store with stolen clothes. 1-2 days All Ethnicities.

DRUNK GIRL – 16-18 (actor must be over 18 years), female. Drunk at a party, she flirts with Calvin and tries to hunt him down. 1 day

ONCOLOGIST – 40s+, male or female. Delivers bad news to Skye and her parents. Compassionate and informative. 1 day. All Ethnicities.

WILL - 16 (actor must be over 18 years) male. Handsome guy that every girl wants. Ends up sleeping w/ Skye.  All Ethnicities  4-5 days

LUCY- 25-30. Heavily pregnant, warm, smart, easy to talk to, Lucy is married to Frank, Calvin's brother. She likes Calvin's new friend, Skye, and bonds with her at a family barbeque. She makes both Calvin and Skye the godparents of her baby girl...SUPPORTING (3) PLEASE SUBMIT ANY ETHNICITY.

CLAIRE- 40s-50s Caucasian, British, the mother of Skye (Maisie Williams), married to Greg, Claire is a little over-protective of her terminally ill daughter, and understandably concerned when a young man shows up to take her out. Claire is courageous and loving as she prepares to see her daughter go...SUPPORTING (31)

GREG- 40s-50s Caucasian, British, the father of 16 year old Skye (Maisie Williams), Greg is married to Claire. Understandably over-protective of his terminally ill daughter, Greg is strong and devoted as he and Claire prepare for their daughter to leave them...9 lines, 6 scenes (30)

OFFICER AL- 30s+, a good-natured cop, Officer Al is the son of an elderly man in Skye's cancer support group. He recognizes Skye and Calvin (who's not ill) from the group, and because he thinks they've got cancer, he goes out of his way to be kind to them, even when they get into trouble...3 speeches & 9 lines, 4 scenes (10) PLEASE SUBMIT ANY ETHNICITY

 THE OLDER MAN 60's-70s OFFICER AL's father who frequents a cancer support group.

OFFICER PETE- 30s+, Starts off as the tough cop but he/she is really just as soft as Officer Al. Officer Pete becomes a bit protective of Skye and even helps get a guy's number for her. PLEASE SUBMIT ANY ETHNICITY OR GENDER

DOCTOR COLLINS- 40s+, smart and patient with Calvin despite his incessant claims that he's sick. Doctor Collins knows Calvin is not sick but grieving and encourages Calvin to attend a cancer support group for perspective. PLEASE SUBMIT ANY ETHNICITY OR GENDER

DAN- 40s, leads a support group for those currently suffering from various types of cancer.  Dan, a cancer survivor himself, uses his positive outlook on life to help others get through their own tough times. Dan does his best to remind Calvin that he's lucky to be alive and healthy. PLEASE SUBMIT ANY ETHNICITY

CEBILE- 30s An audacious young flight attendant who is best friends with Izzy and who fully enjoys the perks of her job; traveling the world and meeting interesting people along the way. Cebile is puzzled by Izzy's attraction to Calvin and reluctantly helps her friend orchestrate a mock-flight for him. PLEASE SUBMIT ANY ETHNICITY

Please send us your materials in an email as follows: (follow specific instructions)
1. make a google doc or a microsoft doc.
2. Put your name and union status at the top of the document
3. insert your PHOTOS ON THE FIRST PAGE as jpegs into the document so they are part of the document AND THEN ALL OF YOUR LINKS : IMDB, ACTORS ACCESS, YOUR WEBSITE, CLIPS, REELS
4. Put your resume data into the word/google doc as you normally would.
5. CONVERT TO PDF (now you have a photo and resume attached and we will be happy) this step needs to be done on your desktop...and then attached or uploaded to the drive from there for us to be able to automatically see the photos in the correct way and this aspect is essential.
6. Make the filename of the document. (YourName.pdf,. pretendpretend.pdf, heidieklund.pdf)
7. Be sure your contact information is in the body email you send to [email protected] and let us know where you live: City and State
8. Attach your new fabulous PDF document to the email and send .
